Caring Oral Care Oils for Daily Use
Pulling oil (Gandusha) has a particularly important role in the Ayurvedic tradition. Before brushing your teeth, you pull oil. Conventional oils such as sesame oil or coconut oil can be used for pulling, but oils enriched with herbs are also handy. Due to their valuable ingredients, herbal oils have an even greater effect, but they're not for everyone. Start with 1 tablespoon of oil, then pull it back in forth in your mouth for 5 to 15 minutes. Ps: Don't forget the spaces between your teeth! After 15 minutes, spit the oil into a napkin or cloth and throw away with your garbage.
