How to use:

Put 1 tablespoon of oil in your mouth and pull through your teeth and gargle for 5-10 minutes.
The oil changes colour and becomes whitish and thin.
After use, spit on a cloth and dispose of in the trash.

Afterwards, scrape your tongue, brush your teeth and rinse your mouth with a glass of water.
