- Ayurveda recommends rinsing the mouth after cleaning the tongue and teeth in the morning using the specially formulated Gandusha Oral Hygiene Oil . This practice is also referred to as "oil pulling". Swirl the oil around in your mouth and pull it back through your teeth, then spit out the oil. This process supports the gums and teeth.
