L-tryptophan is one of 8 essential amino acids and cannot be produced by our body on its own. Nature Love's L-tryptophan is obtained from plant fermentation and is free from unnecessary additives.
Recommended use:
Take 1 capsule daily around 30 minutes before bedtime with sufficient liquid.
