This set contains several practical accessories for fermenting your own food. This sustainable method allows your food to keep longer. Fermented foods are easy to add to your daily meals and add healthy nutrients to your diet.

The silicone airlocks have a one-way valve and are made of
food-safe silicone that does not contain BPAs or phthalates (plasticizers). The valve allows built-up gas from the fermentation process to escape pressure can escape. The one-way nature of the valve keeps your food safe and sound without exposing it to external influences. To get started, place the airlock on the glass and screw it tight in place with the screw ring. As soon as the fermented goods are stored in a cool place, place one of the glass weights into the jar.
The glass weights are placed on top of the fermented food to keep it below the brine. The lead-free glass and is suitable for screw-type glasses (like Mason jars) with a 7.5 cm opening.
The vegetable tamper helps you firmly press chopped veggies into your glasses or press excess liquids out of them before adding them to the jar.
