Description
Birkengold® xylitol or birch sugar is obtained exclusively from the bark of European birch and beech trees. It is a popular alternative to sugar and other natural sweeteners. It is also great for making fruit preserves and jams without using refined sugar. Now you can preserve the fruity bounty of summer and enjoy it all year round - with a ratio of 3 parts fruit and 1 part birch gelling sugar. The result is impressive with a deliciously fruity taste.
Manufacturer's recommendation: For best results, always use the entire contents of the package with a ratio of 3 parts fruit to 1 part birch gelling sugar by weight. Before processing, please be sure to read the instructions and follow them carefully!
Attention pet owners, especially dog owners: Xylitol is toxic to animals and, like grapes and chocolate, can be dangerous when ingested even in small amounts!
Note: Xylitol can have a laxative effect in humans if consumed in excess.
