Description
The neutral taste of the psyllium husk makes this flour the ideal thickener for soups, puddings or marmalades. When combined with liquid, the psyllium flour swells up to 20 times its normal volume.
Recommended use:
- Stir 1-3 teaspoons into 1/4 l of water, soup, fruit juice, or smoothies and let it swell briefly.
- Also great in yoghurt, muesli or fruit salad.
- Can also be used as a binding agent while baking or for thickening soups, pudding, marmalade.
