This natural salt from Austria, also known as Ausseer Mountain Salt, was trapped as sea salt when the Alps were formed around 150 million years ago. Stored in the heart of the Salzkammergut region, it is protected from all external environmental influences. The salt is 100% natural and is mined with great care using traditional mining methods. This method guarantees that the original, natural composition of the natural salt is preserved.
The distinctive grey-white to reddish-brown colour is a characteristic of this natural salt. Ideal for seasoning your meals every day.
