Pour 250 ml of boiling water over the tea bag and let it steep for about 5 minutes (longer for a stronger taste).

Pour 250 ml of boiling water over the tea bag and let it steep for about 7-9 minutes (longer for a stronger taste). Sweeten to taste and add milk (or milk substitute).
