Tribulus (Tribulus terrestris):

• Herbaceous plant
• Native to Asia, Africa, Southern Europe and Northern Australia
• The leaves are fine, felty and hairy and have a slightly greyish shimmer
• The fruits are hard and prickly
• The fruit looks like a cow's hoof - hence the nickname '' Gokshura '' (cow's hoof)

Processing:

• First, the Tribulus is dried and then it is gently ground.

Tips:

• Ideal for smoothies. In Indian Ayurveda, it is mainly used for the preparation of tea.
• For women, it is often ground with Shatavari and for men, it is often mixed with Ashwagandha.

Preparation for tea:

• Pour 1 level teaspoon per cup of boiling water and let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes.
