Description
Real cinnamon is obtained when the inner bark of trees growing in southern India, is split from the outer bark right after the rainy season. The sun then dries the bark. This bark is then ground with the utmost mindfulness.
Ceylon cinnamon is incidentally the finest cinnamon variety in the world.
- Cinnamon can be used in many foods and drinks. You can also use it to make tea.
