Description
Traditionally, coffee is scented with cardamom in Arab countries. Special coffee pots were designed for the coffee to flow through whole cardamom pods while pouring, so that only the smallest amounts of spice impacted the flavour. Coffee is a particularly popular drink that is often served with sugar. Health-conscious coffee lovers will appreciate cardamom coffee for its aromatic taste.
Tips & Preparation:
Add in small quantities in your finished coffee and sweeten to taste. Alternative suggestions for use: add to tiramisu, chocolate mousse, coffee, chocolate parfaits or cake for a special touch. Cardamom refines sweets and spicy dishes and is ideally suited for Asian cuisine.
