Seyfried's Natural Goods Garshan Double-Face Linen Gloves, 1 Pair

These linen gloves are handmade in Upper Austria by Wenger. The linen used is sourced from the Mühlviertel region. It is a natural fabric and is resistant to tearing. It is ideal for use in Garshan massages because it does not produce lint.

Recommended use: The gloves can be used for up to four minutes per day. Massage using your full hand, from your fingers to the palm to the ball of your thumb. Begin the massage with your neck, leaving out your face and head. You can use the gloves on your arms, legs, thighs and back, making sure to use long strokes. When massaging your joints, massage using circular movements. You can massage your chest using either straight or circular strokes, leaving out the area around your heart. Massage your stomach using clockwise, circular motions. After massaging, always take a 10-minute bath or warm shower.

Important:

• Always massage your arms and legs toward your body
• Whenever possible, synchronise your movements, using your right hand on the right side of your body and vice-versa.

Tips:

• After using the gloves, you can also enjoy a short oil massage.
• This massage is most effective during the Kapha period of the day and year, i.e., in the mornings and in spring.
• Sensitive people with a higher Vata should always avoid a Garshan massage in the evenings.

• The gloves can be hand-washed with lukewarm water and a gentle soap after purchase and from time to time after use.
• Please wash at 30°C before first use.
