Description
Cakes, cookies, desserts, pasta - you can use this high-quality type 1 wheat flour to make them all! The organic wheat for this flour is grown in central Italy and gently stone-ground in a traditional water mill in Umbria. This preserves the beneficial nutrients and the nutritional values are far superior to those found in conventional flour. In addition, the particularly fine grind makes it easy to work with. It is sustainably packaged in a paper bag.
