Raab Vitalfood GmbH Organic Wheatgrass Powder, 140 g

Raab Organic Wheatgrass is grown, harvested and processed in Germany. Raab Wheatgrass contains many nutrients such as folic acid, vitamin A and manganese.

Recommended use:

• Dissolve 2-3 teaspoons (4.5g) Barley Grass Powder into 250ml of still water, whey, apple juice, smoothies or warm soup.

Recipe - Wheatgrass Smoothie

Ingredients
for 1 person:

• 100 g spinach leaves or corn salad
• 1 orange
• 1 mango
• 1 banana
• 1 EL Raab Organic Wheatgrass Powder
• 300 ml water

1. Wash the spinach and lettuce, then peel the orange and cut it into slices.
2. Peel and dice the mango and banana.
3. Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree; add water if needed.
