Raab Vitalfood GmbH Organic Premium Matcha Tea Powder, 30 g

Only the finely ground tea leaves are used for this Matcha green tea powder.

• Matcha is one of the oldest types of tea in Japan.
• Only a few tea growers have mastered the art of Matcha production.
• Four weeks before harvest, the tea plantations are covered and the tea leaves obtain their typical flavour due to the reduction in sunlight.
• After drying, the Matcha leaves are ground to a fine green powder.

Directions for use:

• Place 1/2 a teaspoon of Matcha tea in a bowl and add hot ( 80 ° C) water.
• Then whisk tea for approx. 15 minutes until frothy.
• Matcha can be refined with milk or soy milk for a great tasting Matcha latte.

Store in refrigerator after opening.

Ingredients
for 1 person:

• 200g banana
• 100 ml soy or rice milk
• 100 g ice
• 1 tsp Raab Organic Matcha
• A sweetener, like Raab birch sugar.

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until frothy. Done!
