Description
This powder is made from dark purple to black acai berries from the Amazon region. These are harvested by hand and are gently processed. They contain phytochemicals such as polyphenols (3300 mg per 100 g) and anthocyanins (380 mg per 100 g). Thanks to the fruity, tart taste, the Acai powder is ideal for refining smoothies, shakes, desserts and baked goods.
Recommended use:
- Mix 1 teaspoon (about 3g) in a drink or yoghurt.
