Description

This organic plant powder mixture is a carefully selected combination of apple fibre, oats and flaxseed from organic farming.

Finely ground powder.
Excellent for enriching muesli, smoothies or shakes.
High fibre content.

Recommended dose:
Stir 1 heaped tablespoon (15g each) into muesli, juice, smoothies or shakes.
Increase the amount consumed gradually to 15g to get used to the increased fibre intake.

Suggested recipe for breakfast porridge:
Simple and easy recipe for porridge: Add 15g fibre powder along with 5 tablespoons of oat flakes and a grated apple to about 200ml milk or plant-based drink. Let soak for 5 minutes and enjoy cold or heat it up briefly for warm porridge.
