Description
A digestible composition of cold pressed sunfl ower seed and rapeseed oil. This preserves valuable ingredients particularly well. Ideal for dressings, for leafy salads and raw vegetables or for marinades.
The sunflower oil and rapeseed oil are locally, organically grown in Germany. To prepare the salad oil we use freshly harvested seeds (sunflower seeds and Rapeseeds) from organic farming in the region.
Salad oil is recommended for salads, dips and dressings. The oil is also suitable for steaming vegetables.
