Ölmühle Solling Organic Herb and Garlic Spice Oil

This hearty spice oil is a composition of cold pressed rape, sunflower and safflower oils with aromatic spices, herbs and garlic. It can be heated to moderate temperatures, also ideal for marinating and seasoning.

A classic of the domestic kitchen: pepper, fresh rosemary, cumin, mustard seeds, bay leaves, juniper berries and a small clove of garlic make for a harmonious blend of cold pressed rapeseed oil, sunflower oil and safflower oil that has a distinctive, savory taste.

The oil can withstand moderate heat and enchants hot food for a real treat! For cold and hot dishes, hearty salads, marinating meat and fish or as an accompaniment to spicy soups and sauces, this oil also tastes delicious simply dripped over a fresh baguette or baked with bread.

How to use the oil: the oil can withstand a moderate heat in a frying pan or wok. Drizzle one to two spoons of the preferred herb and spice oil over your food to set the desired flavor accents.The spiced oil can also be gently spread on with a spoon or a spatula.
