Description
Ayurvedic nasal oil is based on fine sesame oil. It nourishes the skin and prevents the nose from feeling dry. Two to three drops daily should be used according to Ayurveda.
- According to Ayurveda, Nasya should be a regular part of the Ayurvedic routine and can be performed several times a day.
- Maharishi Ayurveda Nasya Oil can be used for the care of the nasal skin, as it is composed of an abundance of beneficial herbs, oils and spices. It contains vetiver, nut grass, cinnamon, cardamom, sandalwood.
Use:
Apply 2-3 drops to the nostrils with your finger.
