Description
The St. John's Wort herbal tea is made according to a family recipe,
- It contains no flavour enhancers, additives, or genetic engineering.
- St. John's Wort (Hyperici herba)
Preparation:
- For one cup add 1 heaped teaspoon (about 1-2 g dried tea) to boiling water. Steep for 10 minutes, then strain.
- Drink a cup of tea 3-4 times a day between meals.
