The spirulina algae is a cyanobacterium with a subtle algae flavour. It can be used as a natural dye, is easily soluble and transforms smoothies, soups, milkshakes, coffee and desserts into memorable dishes.
- The Spirulina powder contains 61 g of protein per 100 g!
Recommended use:
- Add enough of the green powder to achieve the colour you like. The manufacturer recommends consuming no more than 1-2 teaspoons (3-5g) per day.
Note: May contain traces of gluten, soy, tree nuts and sesame.
