Boiling, marinating, smoking - Grandma's secret weapons are back in vogue. It has become known: there is much more to preserving food than merely conserving jam. Ripe vegetables are also suitable as a pickled dish.

Spice blend suitable for aromatic rye, wheat or brown breads. Also suitable for special pizza, pitta and other savory dough. Flavours bread dumplings or bread fillings.

Serving tips: Add approximately 1 tablespoon of the Hofbäck Spice to every kilogram of dough, and approximately 1/2 a tablespoon to bread dumplings and bread fillings.
