Chestnut flour can be used as an alternative to wheat flour. Use the chestnut flour to replace ¼ of conventional wheat flour called for in your recipes. Sauces and soups can also be thickened with this flour. Additionally, you can add it to vegetarian patties or pancakes to make them thicker. Use the flour with a variety of dishes!
