Description
Fushi's Avocado Oil is safe to use internally and externally. It is rich in vitamins A, C, E, D and B6 as well as magnesium and lecithin. Its highly moisturising properties condition and encourage suppleness on even the roughest of patches on the skin. The oil stimulates the regeneration process of the skin, hydrates it and enhances skin elasticity. Its anti-aging properties makes the oil ideal for use on mature skin.
Avocado oil is ideal for cooking at high heat.
Application:
- Massage or body oil: Use a small amount of oil to gently massage the skin.
- Cooking: Place 1 - 3 teaspoons of avocado oil in a pan when cooking or drizzle over salads and add to smoothies.
