This food supplement consists of a tablet and a capsule that complement each other. The daily tablet contains the following nutrients:

The night tablet consists of the following ingredients:
- Soy isoflavones
- Calcium
- Vitamin D
- Magnesium
- Vitamin B6
- Vitamin E.
- Hops and lavender extract
Recommended dose:
- Take 1 round tablet (= daily tablet) in the morning with breakfast with a large glass of water.
- Take 1 long tablet (= night tablet) in the evening at dinner with a large glass of water.
- It is recommended to take the tablets for 1-2 months. After that, take as needed.
Hints:
- Not recommended for children and adolescents under 18 years of age.
- For adults only.
