This milk thistle oil from certified organic cultivation is rich in unsaturated fatty acids such as omega-6 and omega-9 and contains secondary plant substances.
- The milk thistle seeds used were carefully selected and then gently cold pressed.
Recommended use:
- Take 1–2 tablespoons of the oil pure, or add to dips, porridge, yoghurts or smoothies, or add it to already cooked dishes.
- You can take 1–2 tablespoons of the oil per day.
