With No. 3 Dragonslayer from Dr. Weyrauch, you get Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids from hemp, evening primrose and borage seeds. The Dragonslayer contains glucosamine, and millet as a silicon source and natural vitamin E.

Aronia fruits and pomegranates contain natural vitamin C
Phytonutrients in the form of polyphenols and flavonoids

Suggested intake:
Take 2 capsules daily with plenty of fluids after eating or with a meal.
