Description
Vasaka - Adhatoda vasica - is an evergreen, grows up to 3 m tall with lanceolate leaves, white or purple flowers and four-seeded fruits. In the Ayurvedic diet the leaves, flowers, roots and fruits are used.
Recommended use:
- Take 5 capsules twice a day between meals with warm water.
