Enjoy COSMOVEDA's Meditation Tea and find lasting balance.
Preparation:
- Add one teaspoon of tea per cup and pour 70° water (about 200ml) over the tea. Steep for 2-3 minutes.

- Contains liquorice- do not consume to excess if you have high blood pressure.
