The roots, leaves and seeds of the Gurmar or Meshasringi - Gymnema Sylvestre - are used in the Ayurvedic diet. It is gently (below 40°C) ground to a fine powder and mixed using traditional methods.
- Originates from Fairtrade and organic projects in India and Sri Lanka.
Recommended use:
