The sunflower oil by Cosmoveda is matured according to traditional Ayurvedic methods and is ideal for massages.

- Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
Application:
Traditionally, Ayurvedic massages are incorporated before taking a shower or bath. Warm a small amount of oil between the palms of your hands and use to massage the desired areas of the body for 10 - 15 minutes. Ideally, the oil should be left on the skin to absorb before rinse off
