Ahvagandha oil is a classic in Ayurveda and is widely used as a massage oil and is known for its strengthening, toning and muscle-building effects. It is especially appreciated by athletes and active people. The base is composed of pure, unmixed organic sesame oil, which is enriched with Ashvagandha. The production takes place at AMLA Natur in Drestedt, Germany.

In Ayurveda Ashvagandha, also referred to as Ashwagandha, is one of the most commonly used dietary supplements. Its significance in Ayurveda is comparable to that of ginseng in traditional Chinese health science.

Excellent quality massage oil. I warm it and massage myself after a shower and also sometimes before a shower. Absorb into skin nicely, leaves skin smooth and replenish.
