Description
Organic Whole Spelt Grains
- Spelt was orignally grown by the Celts and ancient Egyptians, making it one of the oldest types of cultivated grains in human history. Spelt grains are characterised by their fine, nutty taste and have the same baking properties as wheat.
- Origin: Austria
Preparation:
- Soak the grains overnight, cook for about 20 minutes and then let stand for 40 minutes. Drain excess water and prepare according to the recipe you're using.

- Contains gluten.
- May contain traces of nuts, soy and sesame due to production facilities.
