BioKing Organic Whole Cane Sugar, 700 g

Whole Cane Sugar is an unrefined sugar that contains the whole molasses part of the sugar cane. This gives the sweetener its crumbly malty taste and brown colour.

• When processing, the fresh sugar cane juice is slowly thickened until it dries and is sieved.

Storage note:

• The whole cane sugar attracts water and tends to clump easily. Therefore, it should be kept in an airtight jar.
