Description
This protein pancake mix is made up of whole oat grain powder, milk protein concentrate and egg protein powder. It is enriched with essential vitamins and minerals and can be quickly and easily prepared (3 minutes). Delicious with both sweet and savoury toppings.
Preparation for 1 serving:
1 serving = 50g powder = 2 pancakes
- Mix 50 g (about 5 heaped tablespoons) with 80 ml cold water
- Heat a non-stick pan to medium heat and cook the pancakes until golden brown with or without fat
- Enjoy with sweet or savoury toppings
