Description
The Ayurvedic oil for all constitution types.
Especially suitable for joints and muscles, while relieving tension. Warm the oil at 38 °C in a bath of water and gently massage onto the skin or soak a towel in the water and wrap around the affected areas.
Application: Suitable for all bruises, sprains, muscle and joint problems and scars to support self-healing. Wrap the affected area in an oiled cloth.
