The gently ground turmeric which Terra Elements uses is a very popular product with raw food quality.
Turmeric (Curcuma longa):
- Some people also know it as Indian turmeric
- Belongs to the ginger family
Processing:
- The turmeric root is ground at low and gentle temperatures.
- Then black pepper extract (piperine) is added to the product and it is filled in cellulose capsules (vegetable).
- One capsule contains 4 - 5% curcumin.
Recommended use:
- 3 turmeric capsules should be taken daily before or with meals.
