Description
The Base Mineral Mixture by Dr Töth contains mineral components and trace elements.
Recommended use:
- Twice a day, dissolve one slightly heaped teaspoon (5g) in ⅛ litre of warm water. Wait for it to be completely dissolved. Then fill a total of at least 1/4 litre with cold water, tea (cold or hot) or juice. Take in the morning, if possible take on an empty stomach. Alternatively, take at night just before bedtime.
